About Us

Martha Richardson is a skilled communicator and strategic thinker.

She has traveled the world, from Mexico City to Milan, bringing people together, detailing their objectives, writing delivery plans, executing with deliberate actions and a sense of urgency, and keeping teams connected while solving problems at hand.

Martha was born with a passion for singing that drove her studies at Denison University and The Aspen Music Festival. She has continued to nourish this gift over the years, singing throughout the Archdiocese of Louisville, and as director of the Louisville Chapter of the National Association of Pastoral Musicians (NPM).

Martha lives in Louisville, KY with her husband, Mike, whom she met in 1990 when he was a customer of hers at Verifone. And, she is the “project manager” and mother of two grown sons, Mikey and Gage.
